My son found the dirt bike on Sherman Power Sports North of Dallas online, we drove about 9 hours, the Sales Rep and the Owner were nice enough to wait for us an hour after closing. Everyone is very friendly there. Our salesman was Nick and he was very professional and knowledgeable. They gave us a great deal on our ATV side by side Cf Moto Z Force. They even delivered it for us.

I wanted to purchase an ATV for my husband for his birthday. Went in to see what they had on hand and what kind of deal we could do. Nick and Aaron were amazing! They worked with me to get the deal done, and with Mary's help, it was a done deal. They stayed after closing and were happy to do so. I purchased the vehicle on Monday and wanted to surprise him at a birthday party on Saturday. They told me they would hold on to the vehicle at the store and deliver the vehicle on Friday afternoon to my daughter's house for me. What excellent customer service!! I have purchased 2 bikes from here in the past when it's was Russian mike. I was not really pleased with either experience. Recently had to call Sherman powersports to have my bike picked up and a tire replaced. Was pleased to hear they were under new ownership. Was truly a pleasant experience. Parts and service were both amazing. I will definatly be returning for any service I need on my bike in the future.

End of Story: I took my loose rims and new tires to Sherman Power Sports today around noon. Doug said it might be tomorrow before they were done if they had to order the tubes. At 2:55, I got a call from them. (Must be bad news!) No... They were READY! After all I've been through trying to get tires put on my bike, I was AMAZED that they were done that soon! Five Star Service!!!Middle of Story: I took my bike to an indy bike shop in my town last Wednesday to have him install the tires. I had already bought them. He said my bike would be ready on Thursday. He called me later that day and said I needed new front brake pads. "Fine, let's do it." I drove by his shop Thursday and my bike was sitting out front with no new tires on it. Friday, it was the same thing. I went by Saturday and asked him what was going on with my bike and he said he was waiting for the brake pads. Couldn't he have a LEAST changed the tires and once the pads came in, take 30 minutes to change them? I took my bike and tires back home, bought a motorcycle jack and took the tires off myself. I will NEVER take my bike back to him again.I know the middle of the story doesn't have a lot to do with SPS, but it just shows how much they are committed to customer service and satisfaction. I should have taken my bike to them first. Next time I WILL!

These Guys at sherman powersports (Jeremy and Jim) went above and beyond to get me and my husband Cecil a bike. i am very satisfied and would recommend them to anyone. they are the best. thank you so much for everything. My husband is a happy man. he loves the bike already.

I bought my first brand new non-used bike off the showroom floor and I absolutely LOVE it. These guys fought tooth and nail to get me on a brand new bike and did at a great price. Jeremy Clark is a great salesman and an all around great guy, I will be sending all my friends to him and Felix for their next bikes. Normally I'm a harley kinda guy but let me tell ya these guys blow harley outta the water they are just all around better, price is better, service is better, and just being honest their bikes look and run better.
